Arafura Fishing Charters has a strict no drugs policy on board our vessel. If drugs are found to
be on board, the trip will be cancelled with no refund.

Alcohol is permitted on board the vessel, however responsible consumption of
alcohol is requested.

Arafura Fishing Charters reserves the right to refuse alcohol on board if they deem it to be
unsafe and refuse a passenger entry on board the vessel if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Arafura Fishing Charters reserves the right to cancel the trip, with payment forfeited, if any unsafe behavior is displayed.

All passengers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Passengers engage in the activity at their own risk and acknowledge that Arafura Fishing Charters may not be held accountable for any personal injury.

Arafura Fishing Charters may not be held accountable for any personal items lost or damaged during the charter.

Fishing rods and reels are supplied on a replace if lost or broken basis, with replacement on charged to the customer.

All bookings require a 30 % deposit to confirm. Any cancellations more than 30 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the 20% deposit.

Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellations within 30 days of departure will forfeit a minimum 25% of the total cost.

Cancellations within 2 to 7 days of departure will forfeit 50% of the total cost.

No refund will apply to cancellations within 48 hours of departure.

Arafura Fishing Charters will reschedule your charter free of charge in the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend another charter, Arafura Fishing Charters will refund the full amount if we must cancel due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.

All charters are subject to weather conditions and we reserve the right to cancel and or alter the itinerary of any trip due to bad weather.

No refund will apply if the vessel returns earlier than stated at the time of booking.
